The town of Ostrov offers its residents and guests a colourful palette of cultural events. A range of organisations and individuals have a hand in organising them. Most of the programme is organised by the Ostrov Community Centre, a town-funded organisation. Other significant organisers are the Municipal Library and the Municipal Children and Youth Centre.
